There once was a man from Toronto...

A Hog Town native, Caldwell Lever graduated from Film Studies at Ryerson University, before obtaining his  MA in Media Studies at the New School in New York. He made several short films and worked for Henry Less in Toronto before making his first feature film, L'Orogenesi, which won Best Italian Documentary at the 29th Torino International Film Festival. His second film L'Uomo Che Sparò Al Sole, continues his exploration of the theme of the Italian Landscape.

Caldwell spent the last six years in New York City, but has recently re-located to Southern California with his wife and his Bavarian Mountain Hound.
